water

I have known for a little while that bottled water was not the best for us. Not just because of the processing and everything they do, but because of the plastic and the BPA. I watched this video earlier and have decided I'm going to start collecting some glass bottles. The company I've been selling products for, Celadon Road, used to sell some awesome ones, but when I just looked at their product list, it looks like they've been removed. Hopefully they'll add them again!! I'll look for some like the ones they had..... Okay! I found some on Lifefactory.com for adults, kids and even babies!! These are AWESOME! I will be getting some when I have money. Wow. & I really need to start replacing my tupperware with glass asap. :) :) :)

 Adult-

 Toddler/kid-

 Baby-

& the best part is, they're all free of BPA, phthalates, PVC, polycarbonate, lead and latex. :D
Ahhh yes I finally have something to ask for at the baby shower!

Also, Tapped on Netflix- SUPER GOOD. It was on my list a little while ago & I finally got to watching it. Wow. I'm glad I bought my Brita pitcher a while back and have pretty much stopped most water bottle buying. I only buy them when I go out, or when I will have people over.
Anyway, can't wait til I have some extra cash & can get these babies. Or maybe I'll get lucky & find them cheap somewhere.... :) Never know!

Good stuff!

Just want to update and share some of what I've been reading about, listening to, & websites I'm enjoying right now.  :)

-First, I am absolutely LOVING listening to Natural News Radio! More specifically, I'm loving the Robert Scott Bell Show. I'm learning soo much about vaccines and other diseases, even politics sometimes. They just have an awesome show! They talk about the most interesting, sometimes controversial topics and it's great!

The whole Natural News site is also very informational, & they have the super helpful site naturalpedia.com that helps you find a book that is just what you're looking for.

-Sanevax.org is another great website. Lots of into on HPV.

-I am also a little obsessed with my Netflix account. :) Here is my Instant Queue.. I haven't seen most, this is just where I organize all the ones I want to watch in the near future.

haha, I think it's pretty obvious why Yo Gabba Gabba is on this list.. :)
Also, the documentary on Burzynski is reeaaally good.

Yeah, long list! But what can I say... Netflix is doing a good job of keeping us staring at the screen. :/

-Following pages is another great way I've gotten lots of information. I've been stocking up my liked pages for a while now, I think I'll just number my favorites! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

-Something I can't get too excited about right now, since I'm nowhere near Chicago, but will be definitely going to when it comes back to Long Beach in February is the Health Freedom Expo! Tons of amazing speakers & booths & people who all want to know the same stuff I do. Ahhhhh I wish it were February already! Robert Scott Bell keeps talking about how he's going to Chicago soon for this & I couldn't be more jealous.
Patience.......

-This vaccine seminar on Webseed is soooo tempting! If only I had $40 to spare right now.... :|

"The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie—deliberate, contrived, and dishonest— but the myth—persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic." John F. Kennedy
& that's exactly what doctors and drug companies are doing nowadays, telling myths (and lies). They can be quite persistent and persuasive but that's why I'm doing all this research, so I can be prepared for them and keep my family as healthy as possible!

"Symptom free in the presence of drugs is not health."

Okay that's enough for now! I'm going to go take my poor dog on a walk and maybe go to the park with my baby! I've been online all morning. :/

v e g a n

I just rewatched Forks Over Knives on netflix.. still amazing! I've watched it before and liked it a lot, and it really made be start thinking about what I was eating. I'd say the amount of meat I ate after watching it did slow down, but didn't stop like it has now.
Some of the other documentaries I like on netflix are Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and Food Matters, but I have pretty much every food related documentary on netflix in my Instant Queue ready to be watched in the near future.
I still can't believe how much my life is changing. Just from simply reading and watching some documentaries. All this information was out there, I just hadn't been listening before. I didn't care at all to eat better or use organic products. I am definitely feeling good about this though!!
I've decided that it is the smarter decision based on what I've learned to keep my family on a plant based diet. We're going to go all the way- Vegan. Since researching, I've found the benefits of ridding dairy are pretty amazing. Finding out that milk actually leaches calcium from the body, doing exactly the opposite of what the media says it does, really made an impact on me. Not only have I learned that we don't need milk to get what we need, but it just bothers me altogether that the media can blatantly lie like that. I read that it is well known in the medical field that milk is bad for you, yet they still do nothing about it. Unbelievable. I found a few websites that help guide parents of vegan families, & I'm loving them! 1 2 3 4 5 6 Here are some other sites I found pretty inspiring, 1 2 3 4 :) I also found a handy list of restaurants that serve vegan dishes, or how you can tweak them to become vegan. :)

How many meat eaters does it take to change a lightbulb?
None, they would rather stay in the dark about things.
